Цена продукта основана на цене за уникальный почтовый ящик, чем больше количество уникальных почтовых ящиков, тем меньше цена за один.

Количество ящиков
Определение
A mailbox in Архива is defined as a unique local from address (excluding the domain part). Assuming there are two local domains, company.com and offshorecompany.com, the email addresses joe@company.com and joe@offshorecompany.com, will be counted as one mailbox since the domain part is excluded.
There must be at least thirty emails corresponding with a particular mailbox for the mailbox to be counted. In addition, common mailboxes like postmaster, root, etc. are ignored. To accommodate companies with high turnover rates, any mailboxes that are dormant for more than a year are not counted (i.e. no emails have been sent more than a year). Dormant mailboxes may still reside in the archive and are fully searchable.
If mails are imported into the system, they will be included in the mailbox count calculation if they were sent inside of a year, outside of a year they will not. For example, imported mails corresponding with an employee that left two years prior will not be counted However, mails imported from an employee that left six months ago would.
Amount To Order
It is recommended to order, at minimum, the same number of mailboxes as is defined in connected mail servers. In addition, it is prudent to order a few additional mailboxes to accommodate for growth over the period of a year. After the license is issued, a license may be extended to include additional mailboxes, however, it is always cheaper to purchase all mailboxes upfront.
Verification
To verify the number of mailboxes required by the system, after some time of archiving, view the contents of a file called mailboxes.log in Configuration->Logs. The data in this file is variable and is subject to change. It is better to order the number of mailboxes you have configured in your mail server.
At this time it is not possible to exclude certain mailboxes in connected mail server from licensing. The reason is that Архива doesn't work like a normal mail server. Say an archiving rule is setup to archive only user A's emails but not user B. If user B sends an email to user A, the licensing system will count user B as a mailbox since the archiving rule is set to archive user A's emails. Therefore, one needs to order the number of mailboxes in active use by the mail server.
Invalid License
An license may become invalid for a number of reasons:
- The trial period is over
- License file has been modified or is corrupted
- The licensed number of mailboxes is exceeded
If any of these situation occur, the product will automatically revert to the Free Edition until the problem is rectified.
